Bread Fritters With Custard and Blueberries

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and blue berries until sugar has melted.
  2. Whip cream and add vanilla and honey.
  3. Dip bread slices in sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Fry in butter in a skillet.
  5. Place one slice on each plate; divide whipped cream mixture among slices; top with blueberries.
