Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/3 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g cream , shanti
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Boil the water and sugar and lemon juice until sugar melts and it reaches the right consistency.
  2. Place the breads in a large dish.
  3. Whisk the milk with cream shanti and add ginger.
  4. Cool the syrup and add the rum.
  5. Then pour over the breads.
  6. Take pieces from shanti and place on breads.
  7. And sprinkle cinnamon over.
