Ingredients:

  • 1 large package braunschweiger
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small package cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Blend the first 4 ingredients together and form a ball.
  2. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Combine cream cheese, milk and garlic salt and spread over ball.
  4. Chill until served.
