Bourbon Shrimp Flambe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Add shrimp, cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add bourbon.
  4. With a long match ignite and shake pan until flames die down-be careful.
  5. Remove shrimp to a warm platter.
  6. Add cream and tomato paste to pan.
  7. Bring to a boil and reduce until thickened.
  8. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper.
  9. Return shrimp to pan.
  10. Add chives.
  11. Garnish with pecans if desired.
  12. Serve over wild rice.
