Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place olive oil in large stockpot over medium heat.
  2. Add sirloin and pork in batches and brown, removing to a bowl once browned.
  3. Once these are browned, add ground beef, chorizo, onions and garlic to the pot and brown.
  4. Return sirloin and pork to pot.
  5. Stir in rest of ingredients.
  6. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  7. Stir occasionally, breaking up tomatoes.
  8. Discard cinnamon stick, bay leaves, and jalapenos before serving.
  9. Garnish with cheese, chopped onions, sour cream and/or crushed tortilla chips.
