Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp whole cloves
  • 4 1/2 cups water , more if necessary

Directions:

  1. Dissolve the brown sugar and salt in the mixed cranberry and pineapple juices. Pour into a 30 cup capacity electric coffee percolator. Add enough water to reach the 30-cup level.
  2. Place the cinnamon and cloves in the basket. Put the lid on the percolator. Set on a tray to catch any drips, while serving.
  3. Perk through the complete cycle, remove the basket and spices. Percolating time will vary with different percolator brands.
