Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar and butter in a bowl then mix well.
  2. Stir in vanilla then add blueberries.
  3. Cook batter on a hot greased griddle until light brown on both sides turning once.
  4. Serve with butter and blueberry syrup.
