Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, set aside.
  3. In separate bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
  6. Stir wet mixture into flour mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  7. Fold in blueberries
  8. Pour into a greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes in pan.
  11. Turn out on rack to cool.
