Blueberries with Orange Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Reserve 4 teaspoons blueberries for garnish.
  2. Evenly spoon about 1/3 cup blueberries into 4 dessert dishes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and orange juice.
  4. Mix well using a wire whisk.
  5. Gently blend in sour cream.
  6. Spoon about 1/2 cup orange sauce over the fruit in each dish.
  7. Garnish each with 1 teaspoon of reserved blueberries.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
