Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325^.
  2. Spray 6 spring-pan with cooking spray.
  3. Swirl crumbs evenly on sides and bottom of pan.
  4. Blend cream cheese and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Add chili powder, cayenne, black pepper, and cinnamon.
  7. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Fold in bleu cheese.
  9. Pour into prepared pan.
  10. Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes,
  11. Let cool and serve at room temp. with bread or crackers.
