Blender Chocolate Fudge Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 7 tbsp cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 (8 inch) pie crusts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put first 6 ingredients in blender and mix well.
  3. Pour into pie shells and bake for 35-40.
  4. Remove from oven while center is still shaky.
