Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients then set aside.
  2. Mix egg yolk, sour cream, milk, butter and blackberries then add to flour mixture and mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped egg white and pour into oiled waffle iron.
  4. Cook each side until browned then serve immediately with butter and your favorite syrup.
