Black Walnut Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar milk and cream in a sauce pan. stir constantly while cooking over medium heat, until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in to cold water.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add walnuts. Beat and spread on cooled cake.
