Black Olive Chip Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) can pitted black olives (medium or large size, reserve 2-3 tbsp of black olive juice)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • hot pepper sauce (optional and to taste, 2-3 shakes for those who like a little spice... i prefer tobasco brand)

Directions:

  1. Add softened cream cheese to bowl.
  2. Crush black olives (done properly you are quartering the olive) OR chop them and add to cream cheese - Discard any found pits.
  3. Add Worcestershire and garlic powder - mix well.
  4. Begin stirring and mixing ingredients together, adding reserved black olive juice until dip is at a consistancy that will not break a chip when dipped.
