Bisquick Buttermilk Lemon Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients with whire whisk until well blended.
  2. Pour by spoonfuls onto a hot griddle, greased.
  3. Cook until edges are lightly brown. Turn, cook until golden brown.
