Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beets in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Cool and peel.
  3. Thinly slice beets.
  4. Combine beets, pickles and onios in a bowl.
  5. Whisk together the oil, horseradish, salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle over the salad.
  7. Toss gently and serve on a bed of lettuce.
