Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs beef roast
  • 14 oz small bottle catsup
  • 1 (12 oz) can beer

Directions:

  1. Put meat in roaster.
  2. Pour catsup over meat then put brown sugar on top of this.
  3. Pour can of beer around the roast.
  4. Cover and cook for 3 hours or more.
