Ingredients:

  • 2 lb good snappy cheese ( honest to god , that's what it says!)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 medium size onion
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1 bottle stale beer or less (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Grind cheese with garlic and onion.
  2. To make stale beer, heat in sauce pan to boiling point, cool.
  3. Add to cheese.
  4. Cover and store in refrigerator.
