  1. In a 9x12x2 baking dish, combine rotell,beer,lemon juice,oil,garlic,pepper, place meat in dish
  2. Add the onions and bell peppers cover and refrigerate over nite
  3. Or no less than 6 hours
  4. Remove from marinade
  5. Broil 3 from the heat source for 8 minutes
  6. Pull out, baste in marinade and put back in for 7 minutes the other side medium doneness
  7. Slice the beef across the grain inti thin strips
  8. Spray the skillet and saute the veggies till tender
  9. For a fajita on tortillas layer meat,onions,peppers,cheese,sour cream,guacamole and taco sauce roll to close makes 10
