Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Season chicken
  2. On both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large
  4. Ovenproof skillet over medium-high
  5. Heat 2 minutes on each side or until
  6. Browned. Remove chicken from skillet,
  7. Reserving drippings in skillet.
  8. Reduce heat to medium. Add shallot
  9. To hot drippings in skillet, and saute 3
  10. Minutes or until tender. Add ginger and
  11. Garlic; saute 45 to 60 seconds or until
  12. Fragrant. Add basil, chicken broth, and
  13. Peaches. Return chicken to skillet, and
  14. Turn to coat.
  15. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until
  16. Chicken is done.
