Basil Parmesan Puffs

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 6 tbsp butter,cubed
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. In large saucepan,bring water,butter and salt to boil. Add flour all at once and stir till smooth ball forms. Remove from heat;let stand 5 mins. Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. Stir in basil and cheese
  2. Drop by rounded Tbs. 1 apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 400 for 18-20 mins or till golden brown. Remove to wire racks. Serve warm.
