Basic Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup salad oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mash cheese with a little oil.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil.
  3. Shake well until creamy.
