Basic Meat Marinade for Various Rub Mixes

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oil ( olive or vegetable)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice (or lime)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp mixed spice (of your choice, like from the ones i've published)

Directions:

  1. Place meat in freezer bag. Pour in marinade. Rub to distribute well. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
