Ingredients:

  • 1 quart berries (straw , rasp , currants
  • 3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp potato flour or 2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Clean berries.
  2. Bring water to boil, add berries and sugar and boil several minutes.
  3. Mix potato flour with small amount of cold water; stir in and bring again to boiling point.
  4. Cool covered and serve with cream or milk.
