Barbecued Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups dry sherry
  • 4 large salmon steaks

Directions:

  1. Place garlic, mustard and soy sauce in a food processor and process to make a paste.
  2. Add 1/2 cup sherry and blend well.
  3. Pour into a glass bowl (or Pyrex or plastic zip style bag) adding the rest of the sherry.
  4. Add the salmon, turning so they are well coated with the marinade.
  5. Marinate 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove fish from the marinade and grill approximately 2 minutes per side over a very hot flame, or until done.
