Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375°F.
  2. Place butter in a 9x13-inch pan and place it in oven to melt as oven preheats.
  3. Combine flour, salt, poultry seasoning, and paprika in a plastic bag.
  4. Shake until mixed.
  5. Rinse chicken and shake to remove excess moisture. But do not pat dry.
  6. Place one or two pieces of chicken at a time in bag with seasonings and shake to coat.
  7. Remove pan with butter and swirl butter to evenly coat the pan.
  8. Place chicken skin side down.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
  10. While baking make barbecue sauce.
  11. Sauce:.
  12. Combine all ingredients in saucepan (from onion and down).
  13. Simmer sauce for 15 minutes.
  14. After chicken is done baking remove from oven turn pieces over, coat with sauce.
  15. Bake 15 minutes more.
  16. Remove from oven and put additional sauce on.
  17. Bake 15 more minute or until chicken is desired tenderness and juices run clear.
