Directions:

  1. Bring chicken stock to a boil.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Saute onion and barbecue seasoning in oil until tender.
  4. Add onions, potatoes, tomatoes, and remaining seasonings to the soup.
  5. Cook until potatoes are tender.
