Ingredients:

  • 4 short ripe saba bananas or plaintains
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cups oil for deep frying

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs. add milk,flourand baking powder,
  2. Mixing well, beat slightly, add salt and sugar
  3. Let batter rest for 4 hours
  4. Peel bananas and cut into 2 inch lengths and 1/2 peices
  5. Heat oil and coat peices in batter, deep fry till golden brown
