Directions:

  1. Drain apricots, reserving liquid. Set liquid aside.
  2. Place apricots and banana slices in container of an electric blender; process on high speed 10 seconds or until pureed.
  3. Combine pureed mixture, reserved apricot liquid, orange juice, and sugar in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Chill thoroughly before continuing.
  4. Stir milk, whipping cream, condensed milk, and salt into chilled fruit mixture. Pour into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Let ripen 1 hour before serving.
