Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (no alminum)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/4 cups oat flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. Turn the oven to 150 degree.
  2. Put dry ingredients (first 6) in a bowl and mix.
  3. Put wet ingredients (last 6) in a bowl and mix.
  4. Put 2 into 3 and mix but not too much.
  5. Pour into the cake pan or muffin cups.
  6. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
