Banana Carrot Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (or 180 celcius).
  2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl, in order mixing after each addition.
  3. Line a muffin tin with liners.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or til toothpick inserted comes out clean.
