Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Reduce 1 1/2 cups of Balsamic Vinegar on the stove top. Simmer about 20 minutes or until the vinegar reduces to a syrup and will measure about 1/2 cup. Cool.
  2. In a jar mix reserved 1/2 cup unreduced Balsamic Vinegar, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Add cooled reduced vinegar to the mix.
  3. You can reduce vinegar in advance and keep stored in a cool place.
  4. Feel free to add spices or garlic. Depending on what you plan to dress.
  5. My favorite salad for this dressing:
  6. Mixed Greens
  7. Strawberries
  8. Red Onion
  9. Red Pepper
  10. Blue Cheese
  11. Candied Walnuts (Optional)
