Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Marinate overnight.
  3. Bake at 325 30-45 minutes or until cooked through.
