  • 1/2 bunch(es) green onions
  • 8 clove garlic , smashed
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tsp red pepper
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients. Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes.
