Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use 2 large turkey sausage links (out of the casing) and 1 pound raw turkey and saute in pan until done, breaking into smaller pieces as it cooks. Drain.
  2. Add the chopped onion and carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and spices.
  4. Add broth and canned tomatoes (do not drain first).
  5. Add 1 cup spaghetti sauce (I used Hunts 4 cheese).
  6. Bring to boil, then add pasta.
  7. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Add bag of baby spinach.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
  10. Can freeze.
