Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Place pear slices in an ungreased 2-cup baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Cover and bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until tender. Yield: 1 serving.
