Ingredients:

  • preheat oven to 350
  • 3 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tsp of ground cinamon
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups of diced apples or raisins.

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix : oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt
  2. Then beat in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla
  3. Stir in apples or rasins.
  4. Dump into a 9x13 pan
  5. And cook for 40 minutes =]
