Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or yogurt)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix together dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add and mix wet ingrediants
  3. Stir in optional fruit.
  4. Melt butter in casserol dish.
  5. With spatula, transfer batter to dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
