Baked Finnish Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 baking pan.
  3. Beat eggs until foamy but not whippy, until well-blended.
  4. Beat with milk, flour, sugar and salt.
  5. Pour into pan with butter and bake 20-23 minutes.
  6. Great with jam, powdered sugar & cinnamon and maple syrup, really anything you want to top it with!
