  1. In a bowl, combine crab, cheese, onions, jalapeno, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer to a small ovenproof dish. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly browned.
