Ingredients:

  • 2 (125 g) brie cheese

Directions:

  1. Cut the rind from the top of each brie.Place on a baking tray. Cover top of cheese with almonds.
  2. Bak in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is warm and runny. Serve immediately with cornchips.
