Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into medium bowl.
  2. Combine butter and chocolates in a double boiler and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Cool slightly then beat sugar, egg and egg yolk in medium bowl until thickened.
  4. Add vanilla and cooled chocolate mixture then mix until well blended.
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined then pour into crust.
  6. Bake 17 minutes then cool on rack for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut up snicker bars and place on fudge layer.
  8. Cream Cheese Layer:
  9. 10 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  10. 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  11. 1 large egg
  12. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  13. With mixer combine cheese and sugar then add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  14. Spread mixture over Snicker and bake 15 minutes.
  15. Cool on rack.
  16. Melt 2 ounces milk chocolate and 2 tablespoons whipping cream to drizzle on top.
  17. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
