Awesome Double Chocolate Valentines Brownies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line 9x13 baking pan with foil and set aside
  3. In bowl, combine 1 c flour and sugar
  4. Cut in butter until crumbly
  5. Press into bottom of pan
  6. Bake 15 minutes
  7. In another bowl beat sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, egg, remaining 1/4 c flour, canilla and baking powder
  8. Mix in chocolate pieces and nuts
  9. Spread over prepaired crust
  10. Bake 20 minutes or until set
  11. Cool and lift out of pan
  12. For hearts, cut with heart shaped cookie cutter or cut around heart shaped cardboard piece.
  13. As to not waste any of these brownies, crumble remaining brownie pieces (the ones that were around the hearts)
  14. Spread icing on the hearts and sprinkle crumbled brownie pieces on top of icing
