Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut onion into about 1 inch chunks and place in crock pot.
  2. Place meat on top of onions.
  3. Pour can of tomatoes on top of meat.
  4. Pour water into pot.
  5. In a small bowl combine flour, curry, sugar, salt, black pepper, red pepper, italian seasoning, and olive oil.
  6. Stir these items together so there are no lumps.
  7. Pour on top of ingredients in the crock pot.
  8. Cook on high about 6 hours or lo about 8-9 hours.
  9. Serve with brown or white rice.
