Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. First the pancakes: Mix together flour, sugar and salt and gradually add eggs, milk, and butter. (I thank An Apple Day Cook Book very much for giving me it's recipe for pancakes.).
  2. Beat together and pour out, in lightly greased griddle, to a 5 inch diameter circle.
  3. Cook the eggs, scrambled.
  4. Now for the filling: Microwave the potatoes and mash it in another bowl. Add a squeeze of lime juice in the mix and cut the onion and add it then dazzle the salt.
  5. Cut the avocado in half and remove the nut. Do the same with the other avocado and put in a big bowl. Slice all chili pepper's and put them in the mashed potatoes aswell.
  6. Get ready to eat and make any change's to the recipe.
