Aunt Almas Pecan Pie Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • topping
  • 1 1/4 cup white karo
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cake mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups of pecans

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  2. MIX TOGETHER CAKE INGREDIENTS, FIRST 3 UNDER CAKE.
  3. PRESS INTO A GREASED 9 X 13 PAN
  4. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES
  5. REMOVE FROM OVEN
  6. MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING
  7. POUR ON TOP OF THE CRUST
  8. BAKE AGAIN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES.
  9. DONT OVER COOK
  10. LET COOL COMPLETELY AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
