Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Asian Noodles:
  2. 1 Package of cooked and cooled organic long noodles (best to use left-over noodles, for this picture I used wild rice pasta)
  3. 5tbs of organic olive oil or toasted sesame oil
  4. 1/4 cup of organic toasted sesame seeds
  5. 2 crushed organic hot chilies
  6. 1 tsp organic onion powder
  7. 1 tsp organic tamari sauce
  8. Dash of celtic sea salt
  9. Mix the above dressing by shaking it in a glass jar with a lid. Pour over cooked cool noodles and toss through.
  10. Lightly salt and pepper one grass-fed chicken breast cut into thin strips or use tofu strips for vegetaian. Fry in olive oil until golden and serve on top of noodles.
  11. For the garden salad use whatever is fresh and available.
  12. For the salad pictured I used:
  13. 1 Large organic head of romaine
  14. 1/2 organic red pepper
  15. 2 organic roma tomatoes
  16. 1 organic spring onion
  17. 1/4 head of organic cauliflower
  18. Use your favorite salad dressing or make your own Asian dressing by shaking the following in a jam jar:
  19. 1/4 Cup of organic olive oil or toasted sesame oil
  20. 2 Tbs of organic toasted sesame seeds
  21. 4 Tbs organic tamari
  22. 1 Tbs organic honey
  23. 1 Tbs organic apple cider vinegar
  24. Shake well and serve over garden salad.
  25. Enjoy!!
