Ingredients:

  • 4 cups loosely paxked wild arugula
  • 1 hot gree chilli

Directions:

  1. In a blender,pour 1.2 cup olive oil
  2. Put garlic and chili and arugula
  3. Run the blender and pour rest of oil slowly.
  4. Run blender till all ingredients are extremely smooth
  5. Pour contents in various dip serving dishes
  6. Have some crusty peasant bread or foccachia for dipping
  7. Enjoy with chilled sauvigon blanc
