Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove seeds and membranes from peppers.
  2. (I find it easier if you just cut them in half, keeping the two halves near each other so they can be put back together after stuffing)
  3. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, salt and chili powder.
  4. Fill peppers with cheese mixture.
  5. Mix together sausage, 8 ounces cheddar cheese and Bisquick.
  6. Take this mixture and form around each pepper, enclosing completely.
  7. Dip into beaten egg and roll in coating mix.
  8. Arrange on greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
