Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: about 3/4 cup.
